It's great not having to write down and archive where a photo has been taken. A short time ago the connection plug broke. I e-mailed Custom-Idea with the problem and they immediately asked me to send it to them so they could fix it. I send it in, but in stead of fixing it, they mailed me they would replace it. I just received a new model Geopic II. Yippee! In short: Great device! Great service!
