Custom Idea charges extremely reasonable shipping rates, so you can get hold of what you need quickly and cheaply. We currently offer two shipping destinations, UK or Worldwide.
For both of these destinations we offer either a cost effective, but slower and uninsured postal option or a faster insured service. If you want to pay as little as possible but are happy to wait longer for your order, then choose the cheaper option. If you need your order faster and want to be sure that if it gets lost you get a replacement or refund, then choose the expensive option.
Goods to UK based customers are normally delivered within 2-7 working days depending on the shipping option chosen. Goods sent outside of the UK are normally delivered within 7-14 working days depending on the shipping option chosen and your location. If an item is out of stock you will be advised within 5 working days and you will be offered your choice of either a full refund or a firm delivery date.
Very occasionally orders get lost in the post. If an order gets lost in the post, we have to make a lost item claim with Royal Mail, to claim back the value of the items. Royal Mail do not consider that post is lost until 25 working days after the postal date. Therefore we are not able to process a replacement or refund of an order until 25 working days after the item was shipped.
EURO and USD currency option
This website takes payment in pounds sterling regardless of the currency chosen. The option to select the EURO or USD price display is for your convenience only, and is based on nominal exchange rates which may very from those used by your bank. Therefore, the EURO or USD amounts shown should only be used as a guide.
Custom Idea hopes that all of its customers are happy with their purchase. If, within 7 days of receiving your product, you are not entirely satisfied with the item then just email us for a full refund. The goods must be in unused and unopened condition. Custom Idea cannot be responsible for shipping fees on returns.
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you have managed to break the product through fault of your own, then let us know - we may be able to repair it for you for a small charge.
No returns will be accepted without a returns number and proof of receipt! You will receive a returns number once you have contacted us about the problem.
